Coffee Diary
One of our favorite things in the world is to discover coffee shops together. Connor worked at a roastery where he learned to love the craft of coffee, and I used to own a tea bar where I meticulously made recipes and blends. Usually…he orders a coffee and I order a tea, and then all seems right in the world. We seek out unique cafe experiences everywhere we travel. I’ve compiled a list of only the absolutely excellent coffee shops we have found. We have pretty meticulous standards regarding the quality of both coffee and tea beverages, as well as the design of the environment itself.
This is a love letter to our beloved ritual, and to the small businesses that fight hard to make everyone have a wonderful experience.
I’ve only logged shops we’ve been to that we found delightful on all fronts. The highest honor I could imagine is that you’d refer to our log before a trip to inform your coffee choice. That would be incredible. If I remembered our exact order or what stood out about the space I’ve included those notes too. If it is in *red* that means it is one of our favorites ever.
