Jenna is a multi-passionate artist and designer with an intense calling to create hope & joy for others.

Having recently come upon a diagnosis for her mental illness as a freshman in college, she sought peace and understanding through creating. Creating what? Everything. Wall hangings, paintings, sketches, scents, gardens - anything she could manage to make in her tiny dorm room.

Eventually, Jenna found digital drawing which combined many of her loves into one medium. Spending most days after classes drawing and dreaming of creating a storefront that inspired and encouraged people - she graduated college, got married the next week, and then with lots of support, began an experimental, colorful storefront in downtown Lakeland, FL.

Twenty Seven existed in the heart of the historic downtown and simultaneously blew up online. Thousands of people resonated with the messages of hope despite mental illness within the artwork. Jenna designed and created art prints, greeting cards, a line of vegan nail polish, candles, apparel, and even a full line of loose leaf tea.

Unfortunately, the little storefront was only open 5 months before being closed 7 months after COVID-19 absolutely decimated so many dreams and plans. The following year sank her into the lowest mental state she’s ever been in, and she made the impossible decision to close the store so she could be healthy again.

Now she is using her experiences to create inspiration for others online, inspire creative entrepreneurs to take care of themselves, and design spaces - both interiors and online - to bring sunshine inside.

You can find her within a swarm of students, as an Entrepreneurship & Creative Design teacher at her old high school. Or drawing contently and photographing some Color Theory Tea. Or covered in paint from murals. Or at her own home with her husband, Connor, an indie film director, and their dog Genevieve and tail-less cat Rose. She is an avid tea drinker, Office-watcher, and big feeler.

Genevieve is an Australian Labradoodle with an intense need for scratches on her back and belly rubs. She likes hugs and being very close to you.

She most loves the smell of pizza and has absolutely taken full pizzas off the counter and eaten every slice before.

She sneezes a lot, and primarily works for Feeling Design Lab as a supportive role to Jenna as she works.
